A Shining Example

Isobel Farquharson, Sixer of the Elves and aged 10, of the 25th Fulham (All Saints) Brownie Pack has notched up a new attendance record for the pack. Isobel has attended 114 out of 115 consecutive meetings in the three years since she joined in September 2010.

Isobel says:

“Brownies has been a great experience for me and over the last three years I have enjoyed working for my badges; I have so many that I have to have two sashes! I have loved going on the trips with my Brownie friends especially the recent Disney Makeover Experience and I am really looking forward to the Big Brownie Birthday at Butlins. I am sad that my Brownie Adventure has come to an end but I am ready to move up to Guides.”

Claire Shirley, Brown Owl, remarks:

“Such dedication is remarkable when children lead such busy lives. It is what makes Girlguiding worthwhile.”
